It's been 2 months since this USB cost me and Elise our mental health. We've had to coordinate these findings very carefully, and I'm scared that something god-awful will happen if I release this.

I've had to re-research lore just to get a clue of what's going on.

I haven't touched the program since then. The strange dreams I've had aren't adding up. Everything I've seen is just sourced at one thing: death.

There's no way this isn't some big coincidence, it can't be this connected. Games don't kill people, people do.

And yet I'm seeing different. The hell?

Today and the day before was a day off due to very weird events. It gave me more time to do some homework and studying.

It also gave me some time to really mess around with the game. as it turns out, i can't just dive into the .exe with notepad like I can with most files. Attempting to decompile-

so im on break at work at the moment, and i took some time to admire the clouds today. they're actually kind of beautiful if you think about it.

I think I'm going to poke around in the game's .exe file to see if anything funny happens. I wonder if I need to run it as admin or something...

Today was rough. They let us out early for some reason. Lucky day, I guess.

I asked around, and I was the only one who saw a red moon today. It's probably my imagination. I'm going to boot up the game again and see if I get the crash again.

...Please don't let anything too creepy happen...

i think i should say something before i head off to bed. some guy sent me the game, i think i misremembered where it came from.

I've restarted my computer after changing the locale. yeah sure enough it worked.

until another error message popped up. It was in Japanese, now legible. Putting it through on yandex's image translate usually helps kind of, but because it's a bit of a delicate language, some meanings are lost.

I'm going to be busy for the next few weeks, mainly settling into a new job and trying to get this game to work. It gave me the weirdest error message too...

I would type it, if it wasn't complete gibberish. it LOOKED like it comes from a locale error, so I'll try to change mine to japan and see.
