Its such a small thing but compression socks finally working and our foot looks like a foot and ankle again... it's rlly nice despite the sensory aspect (ours are cute and have little fruits pattern)

I thought online spaces taught me things about *redacted* disorder. I thought I was supposed to use the same dialogue. The same words for made up things. I tried to fit in, tried to bend myself up into boxes and trees. I downloaded apps. I logged occurrences. But none of it made me feel any better

Days pass and I get further away from almost dying but bleeding out without realizing is still scary and emotionally affected me badly

I remember once I waited on the 988 hotline for 3 hours just for them to literally say "I can't tell you if youre a good person or not" and then rudely rushed me through the conversation
