It’s so good! And LLMs are fluent in it, so you don’t even have to memorize the syntax if you’re learning it now. Just tell Claude what you want and it will template it all out for you

Eh, I haven’t been very impressed with nix in my experiences so far. Better in theory, but worse in practice. But YMMV! Homebrew is just so easy, it’s genuinely hard to improve on the DX that much
