When it comes to training advanced AI, they're actually data-poor. As a result, there's been a big shift towards small data, small models and synthetic data.

Started Wednesday with a product doc and zero Python knowledge. Ended Thursday with a working Twitter-Telegram-Airtable agent-ish automation.

It took two AI partners to get there - ChatGPT for the marathon, Claude for the finale. The barriers to building just keep crumbling.

AI tools won’t replace engineers or most white-collar workers outright, but they will redefine productivity. The bottom 50% performers may benefit most initially, while the top will remain indispensable to train and guide AI.

A really intriguing set of findings of AI researchers that needs more exploration, replication, and expansion: AI agents given personalities and backgrounds, and placed into a virtual formal organization (with CEOs, VPs, etc.) outperform normal AI in doing complex tasks.
