As the Senate continues to battle over ICE and DHS funding, ICE is already in violation of rules tied to a previous funding bill.

Those rules require ICE to disclose certain information about detainee deaths. The agency has not.

A masked immigration agent shot and killed a woman in Minneapolis who was behind the wheel of an SUV.
