Since last March, @nymagunion.bsky.social has been negotiating a new contract. But Vox Media has refused to meet us halfway on basic issues including giving us meaningful wage increases, controlling health care costs, and offering reasonable protections around AI in our workplace.

PEPFAR, started by George W. Bush, has saved more than 25 million lives worldwide. 600,000 people would die over the next decade in South Africa alone, which relies on PEPFAR for only 20% of its H.I.V. budget. Some countries are almost entirely dependent on the program.
