The White House is no longer denying a second attack took place against an alleged drug boat in early Sept. killing several survivors -- saying on Monday that it was an admiral who ordered the second attack, not Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth.

DHS announced plans to terminate Temporary Protected Status for more than 330,000 Haitians saying their continued protection would be “contrary to the national interest" of the U.S.

The policy is set to go into effect Feb. 3. barring future hold ups in court.
