Common Ground at The Wilson, Cheltenham. It's a really good museum- very welcoming, free, and the displays are impressive.

Fairfield House, Bath. This was the home of Emperor Hailie Selassie and the Empress Menen of Ethiopia. Incredible history. Book a tour on Sundays with a Caribbean lunch. We did it after a trip to Beckford's Tower, which was a really interesting combination.
