What a cool study and a powerful demonstration that Tuberculosis is largely a disease of poverty. In Brazil a large scale intervention which provided cash monthly to families living in poverty led to profound reductions in TB cases. Up to 50% among the poorest groups.

But perhaps God is strong enough to exult in monotony ... it may be that God makes every daisy separately, but has never gotten tired of making them. It may be that He has the eternal appetite for infancy; for we have sinned and grown old, and our Father is younger than we.
