Don’t underestimate the impact you’re making when you choose to wear a mask.

You’re protecting your health & the health of your community. You’re helping ease the burden on our healthcare system.

You’re standing in solidarity with disabled people & telling the government that no one is expendable

This can mean donating to fundraisers, but it can also mean helping out people you know. For me I have several queer, disabled friends struggling to stay fed. So I just do my best to help them where I can.
A friendly reminder to everyone with some degree of financial stability: one way to help fight fascism is to help the people most at its mercy: sick, disabled, poor, marginalized. These folks are struggling NOW. Why not help them?

One of the single best things you can do for us on #InternationalDayofPeoplewithDisabilities is to wear a mask.

Make public spaces safe for us again. Join us in demanding masks in healthcare. Refuse to leave us by the wayside.

"There were artists willing to push socially acceptable boundaries to the brink of breaking point. Some do it on stage, some do it with lyrics or outlandish solos, and others use their album artwork to push the envelope. Only Prince, did all of them at once." #Fearless
