I did the same for SQLcl straight to Oracle Support.
I have just reported over a dozen bugs on the Oracle forum for SQL Developer for VS Code.
Please also report your bugs there in a simple and reproducible way. This is the fast track to improve the product.

@krisrice @thatjeffsmith http://container-registry.oracle.com/database/sqlcl:latest runs into "Error: SQLcl requires Java 11 and above to run." in Windows Docker Desktop. sqlcl:22.3.1 works fine.
