Mrs Welch has a penciled in date for her next operation of the end of this month.
Now to break it to the kids that their Mom won't be home until February, if we're lucky. That's going to be hitting 12 weeks for this stay.....

Is anyone pc savvy? When I switch on my Xbox controller my #windows11 pc now crashes almost immediately. I have no idea what's changed but it was fine last week! All updated and stuff.

Our first #Christmas without Mrs Welch. It was a success though it wasn't anywhere near the same. I have never cooked a meal before, ever, but I managed to cook a #traditional #turkey dinner, everyone ate, no one has become ill!

During the summer a young lad came off his moped just outside my house, Mrs Welch and I rushed out, looked after him, cleaned him up and I took him home. Anyway he didn't forget us and just popped by to say thank you and wish us a Merry Christmas!
