Building something is so much fun! And also terrifying. What are your tips for keeping it together while trying to bring something to life?

Oh good. The reason my API was returning a 500 error was because I used parentheses instead of [ ] in my settings.py file. Glad we figured that out.

the first time i got an IUD, my doctor told me verbatim “if you ever need to get another one and they don’t offer you a local anesthetic, get off the table and leave.” i’ve lived by that advice ever since.
do some doctors find it annoying? sure. but i’d rather be annoying than in unnecessary pain.
