My life with ADHD: I bought an OTC nighttime dental guard back in October at my dentist’s recommendation to hopefully keep me from grinding my teeth while I sleep, and I FINALLY got around to taking it out of the box and fitting it today. It only took 2.5 months of staring at it on my table! 🫠
