I'll get around to making a proper card eventually:
- Best way to contact me for press purposes is Discord (DMs are open to anyone on my server, don't need to send a friend request)
- Second Best is Email (for now, find it on the YT channel)
- third best is DM's here.
No - "youtube money" isn't massive for most creators - just because the outliers are making millions, your average medium, and even medium-large creators can very easily have multiple videos or even series that return less than minimum wage. ESPECIALLY when we take the time to cover pet projects.

I wish there were a few more survey rounds so the map would get bigger faster, but otherwise Repel the Rifts is a really solid roguelite TD, and I look forward to trying out the other classes in the full version - if you try it out, this is an 'upgrade focused' TD (vs Tower Spam)

Demo's on Steam:

My Pet Peeve in youtuber communities?
Dozens of Posts per day: "Why is my video not getting pushed!?"

Go to look: I don't know Ted, it could be all the shitty ai videos and thumbnails, and the fact that you have 300 emoji-bot comments on every one of them - looks like your viewbot got blocked.

"Do you need healthcare for 2026?" absolutely, but don't think I can afford *checks* half my monthly income for it.

Looking forward to this one - I loved the demo, definitely check it out if you like tactical rpgs.

And yes, I do hope to be streaming it - though I'll have to wait until I get paid the week after.
It's Friday the 14th~! Is that more or less spooky than yesterday. Regardless it means 5 days until demonschool! On ~most platforms~

It may just be the demo, but I am in love with the casting system in Moonsigil Atlas - instead of mana, it's basically focused on comboing shapes into a casting circle (the moon). I hope they continue to lean into this spell system in the full release.

You can find the demo on steam:

If mushrooms are more closely related to people than plants... does that make them the splenda of cannibalism?

Faith in Despair is being marketed wrong - I was told "Dark Souls of Deckbuilders" - when the more apt description should be: Deckbuilder with a socket System (FF7/Path of Exile style). I literally played for 5+ hours my first time, and would do more, but needed sleep lol...

I'm still working out how I want to handle them, but am going to be trying to do first impression posts here on games as I try them out for the side channel - since I know I won't get around to doing full reviews on all of them. Expect the kinks to take a while to work out... (insert kink joke here)

I was a huge fan of Wall World 1 (even preferring it over Dome Keeper) - Wall World 2 feels like more of the same, but MORE. Which I think is a good thing - something about having my 'dome' be mobile, and an evolving story in a roguelite setting. The multiple zones help a TON too.

While there are some limitations compared to the original, as well as a handful of bugs (the original is buggy on modern systems too) - the Sacred 2 Remaster is, "fine". Much like the Fate remaster I would say "worth getting if you struggle to run the original"

I don't think most non-streamers/youtubers realize that it's not as simple as just "stream something else" or "make videos on another game" - especially for small/mid-size creators. It can be a "Rent/Food vs Ethics" conundrum.

Hate to be conspiratorial - but it's awfully weird that I ordered 1 of something for $20, it mysteriously gets "delayed in shipping" and has its delivery date replaced with "running late" and no shipping updates. If I refund and reorder - the only purchase option now is a "2 pack" for $50...

A word of advice to devs/publishers:
Adapt and Grow? Yes.
Chase the latest techbro bubble? No.

Thanks for coming to my TED talk.

In case the message isn't clear enough: We want progressive leaders creating a better, safer, and more accepting world for ALL OF US.

Fuck Xenophobia. Fuck Bigotry. Fuck Systemic Oppression. Fuck Hate.

I really have to wonder how many accounts on reddit are just bots using gen-ai at this point... the amount of replies that just seem to latch on to keywords and then spit out weird unrelated comments is ridiculous. (I mostly only use reddit to discuss games and help new creators)

I swear some of you would try to backseat and wrongly explain the mechanics a game even if I made it from scratch myself lol

I don't think most people realize just how isolated their internet experiences are - we may exist on seemingly monolithic platforms, but what you see is HEAVILY catered (not by a person, but by the actions of "people like you" and how they interact with the systems)
