For now I'm just focusing on eating well (Trinidad and my birthday doesn't count) and then I shall restart the gym April 1st, 75 Hard will be making a return! ๐ช๐พ

I go to Trinidad on Monday, when I come back I have two work trips that take me to the end of the month, then I go on holiday to Valencia for my bday then lots of work trips with minimum days at base.
