Generally happy until Everton ruin it
Southgate to the kopites?

That ashes game reminds me of when we were 3-0 down to Man U by half time at Goodison. We got it back to 3-3 then Van Nistelrooy netted a winner for them in the last minute. It’s the fucking hope that kills you

Pleased with my decision not to pay for a subscription to watch the ashes

Moyes’ season is always so predictable. Start well, tail off November through to January. Depressing at Xmas, lose in the 4th round of the cup. We start to panic as we flirt with relegation then we finish the season well. We’ll finish mid table but it’ll be an unremarkable season

I hate West Ham so I’m glad they’re absolute shite.

Look after him Notts Forest

Can someone post a montage video of those cringey YouTube kopites when the Chelsea winner goes in?

St Saviours never seems to get much of a mention when the history of our club is talked about.

I’ll be watching the Cure next August and I’ll be wearing eyeliner and lipstick just like Robert Smith

Lack of striker and right back is going to damage us this season

Sometimes the player I criticise the most scores. Beto lacks basic footballing ability and has no kind of football intelligence

@massitomasino.bsky.social if it hadn’t been for some ridiculous ownership decision at Notts Forest, I’d have won the sack race prediction. Pereira next

I don't lean on conspiracy theories, but PGMOL made this a very hard case with the decisions of the weekend.
The absurd errors in #CRYLIV with the Salah handball and the penalty incident in #NEWARS (with a known Liverpool supporter as ref) seem to indicate a mandate to favour LFC. And yet... [1/10]

As bad as the yank golf fans were, the fact the US team didn’t strongly condemn it is worse.

Everton women’s coach, Brian Sorensen was backed this summer. He brought in 9 new players and the team look total shite. They’ve lost 4 on the bounce and never look like scoring

It may be worth noting that Newcastle was the club with the most favourable VAR overturns last season, by far, gaining 9 points in the process (source, ESPN: www.espn.co.uk/football/sto...)
How VAR decisions have affected every Premier League club in 2024-25
We're collating a league table of overturned VAR decisions in 2024-25. Who will benefit most over the course of the Premier League season?

The commentators always describe the American Ryder cup crowd as ‘partisan’ or ‘boisterous’. I’d love Faldo to call them what they are “a massive concentration of absolute dickheads”

Pickford plays and we wouldn’t have conceded either goal tonight.

Then there is an issue with Conor Bradley (LIV) not being sanctioned. First, he was the player on the pitch with the most fouls, but crucially, he committed "violent conduct" when he pulled Grealish's hair near the corner flag.
That is a straight red, according to the rules.

Time keeping in football needs to be made independent of the ref and needs to be displayed in the stadium and on TV.

@massitomasino.bsky.social where are we putting Emery in the sack race? Villa are really in the shit
