If there’s one thing that can defy the political gravity of Trump, it’s that our electoral system for both primaries and general elections is set up such that ~95% of incumbent members of Congress are effectively unbeatable until they voluntarily retire or die.

-Freezing rent
-Raising the minimum wage

The Trump admin has quietly decided not to enforce it.
