Yes, "indie game" originally pretty much meant "made by a couple of people in their bedrooms."
As indie teams found global success and the industry adapted to capitalize on them, the term became a commercial label implying originality and limited resources.

There was a glitch on Pineapple on pizza that made the baby teleport to the mom's back when syncing between animations. It was fixed on the same frame and thus invisible... except the baby had a trail effect that gave it away.
I just fixed it, 2 years later.

Watched Takopii no Genzai.
The first half is sooo good, and I love the artstyle. For a moment I thought it was going to be deep, but as expected of an anime, the story goes nowhere and the ending sucks.
