Democrats in congress should initiate a resolution that states Trump is ineligible to hold office because he caused an insurrection and aided insurrectionists per section 3 of the 14th amendment. They should attach this resolution to every bill.

Read Dean Obedeidallah’s excellent article. Trump was disqualified from holding office via the second impeachment. The only way he can hold office is by a 2/3 vote by both houses!
