This has been haunting me. Thursday a coworker told me he's glad SNAP has been cut off. How can a person be so completely without empathy. It's shocking and sad. I now see him as not quite human.

My cheap phone now has a new thing. Instead of 5G, which has crappy connection, it's now 4G+. Don't know what that means but I can connect to here from home. I can even play on YouTube. Yay!

Problems with my spine got bad enough that I had to lose the extra weight. Keto + Zepbound = 20 lbs in 5 weeks. Feeling much better.
