On a somewhat brighter note, I did manage, at the very least, to go to the gym and meal prep so I guess today wasn’t a total crapshoot of emotions. 🥴

Hate the bit of belly I have.
Arms feel small.
Chest and shoulders feel small.
Tired of feeling mid and I’m so fucking close to just getting on gear!
