Mistborn Era 2 is a horror story where the main character is a bootlicking cop that upholds the corrupt status quo as a virtue. The antagonists in the first two books are the heroes that tragically lose. Sad.

I’ve started listening to the whole Cosmere on audiobook to fill the times on subways and stuff. Even though I don’t really like Kramer as a narrator, it’s good to be back in the stories.
