Hoy mi celular me recordó el curso de Diplomacia de la Innovación hace 6 años en la @uspoficial.bsky.social y la visita a Sirius y Embraer nos mostró lo importante que es establecer prioridades en política científica. Lecciones tenemos muchas, de muchas regiones y países, ¿las tomaremos algún día 🇲🇽?

I want to share with you a study where we found that trust in scientists is high, even in Mexico! And only a minority disagrees that scientists should actively be more involved in the policy-making process (21%). 📚 I invite you to read a little more about this study: www.nature.com/articles/s41...
Trust in scientists and their role in society across 68 countries - Nature Human Behaviour
What is the state of trust in scientists around the world? To answer this question, the authors surveyed 71,922 respondents in 68 countries and found that trust in scientists is moderately high.

Four years ago during the COVID-19 emergency, I took these pictures in Mexico City's Zocalo. I really doubt that I can take these shots of the empty downtown again.
