Due to cancer I didn't get to do any book stuff this year (minus my incredible launch with Clay). Going to try to get to all the festivals and events I can next year! Hope to see some of you out there too

Monday is my last radiation and with the exception of being off after my double mastectomy I have worked through 12 rounds of chemo and 5 weeks of radiation without missing more than a few days and that is kind of crazy.

The thing about working in an archive is when you watch a tv show and they are wearing gloves while handling documents (that's a no) but not when they are handling photographs (which they should be) and then you just complain about it until your husband gets annoyed
