How is it going to cost our government $640,000 per home to build in Nunavut when they are prefab crap?
Why not send the supplies for them to build their own for a quarter the price?

It occurred to me that if those crimes come into the heads of the writers, there's someone that has imagined that same scenario with much more ill intent.
