The Park’s annual Christmas with Santa event was another huge success.
Thank you volunteers from the Friends of Allegany and the ASP Historical Society for the stations you manned and refreshments served.
The next park event will be the First Day Hike Thursday, January 1, 2026 at Camp Turner.

Last Friday’s drive back to the Cain Hollow Cottages. The park had about 10” of snow Thanksgiving night.

My stay on Creekside 8 last weekend. Chilly & a little overcast but Sunday was very nice.
A lot of cabin loops are closed now and at the end of November only a handful will remain open. All tent/trailer sites are now closed as are both general stores.
