So we charge a tariff tax on the wealthier consumers and turn around and send $2,000 checks out to the low quantity consumers. This redistribution of wealth sounds like socialism.

JD Vance says AI will boost productivity because robots will do the jobs Americans don't want to do. With that logic, it's ok for AI to take jobs but God forbid a tax paying migrant worker should.

Really, 8 Dems voted with Trump for a continuing resolution that will end Obama Care. Schumer has got to go. I know Bernie is an Independent but he should be the minority leader and by 2026 the majority leader.

Where in the digital universe do you get the latest and up to date local election results. My favorite local news @westseattleblog.com has been good at Seattle Mayoral results and King Co. I'm looking for state legislature.

Seattle Department of Transportation is setting aside 200,000.00 to work on a design to make walkability improvements to the Admiral Junction intersection in West Seattle. This is something championed by Alki Bike and Board to improve the out of car experience.

Riding rain or shine to the official Grand Opening of the East Marginal bikeway. This Dutch quality conduit to Downtown Seattle will be the best mode of commute to work centers in the Downtown corridor, South Lake Union and beyond. Very safe and very efficient.
