On Monday I did some paperwork to organize my dad’s funeral. On Tuesday he was burried. Today it’s Wednesday and my birthday. Feels surrealistic.

Every time I tell myself they go after 4-5 years, it’s not forever. But then it takes sweat and blood to deal with consequences.

My main 2024 insight is that having a boring life is the best. It means you don’t have to apply your survival skills regularly and still can add some fun stuff in dosage.

Didn’t like “The midnight library” book mostly because it promotes the idea about depression being a mindset problem and describing the main character recovery through unsuccessful suicide attempt.
