Why can’t I be enough? Why can't I be better? Why do I feel like I’m never enough? Why can’t I be better? What am I doing but writing my life story yet adding fiction? Why am I here? What’s the point at times?
Being an author makes you question these theories, but I struggle with them daily.

Current read! Only 30% in and the plot is finally building! It's a slow burn, but I hope it's worth it! 🤞🏻

🇺🇦 I stand with you! That behavior was unpresidential and classless. Ashamed of what this country voted for.

The Boozy Book Fair was such a win for me! I brought 104 books and almost sold out! I'm tired but elated. #booksky #horrorauthor #kansascity

Instead of saying "I didn't understand the halftime show, therefore it is bad art" maybe try and understand why you didn't get it and think critically about the presentation, symbolism, etc. This is part of the beauty of art and creativity.

Just so we’re clear:
1. Audiobooks count
2. Reading is political
3. The orange man is a piece of 💩

Thanks for stopping by 💃

I’m excited to join the Boozy Book Fair on 2/22 at The Sheraton Kansas City. Hosted by The Gilded Page and the Kansas City Booksellers Association, this event will feature over 90 vendors, book-themed cocktails, and a nostalgic yet modern take on book fairs, this is an event you won’t want to miss.

Bitter Crown of Thistle is a dark psychological thriller that follows Raymond Kapper, who kidnaps Caroline Stolar and holds her captive, convinced that he can make her fall in love with him. Heavy trigger warnings!

Autumn is a coming-of-age emotional literary suspense with an unreliable narrator and a minor romantic subplot! Heavy prison themes and an ending you won't see coming!
