My allotment greenhouse didn't make it through the February storms so I made a pond in it's place! Only problem is I spend too much time watching the pond critters rather than weeding the plot! π¦πͺ³ππ±

Castlerigg stone circle last night; summer solstice sunset. There was a huge thunderstorm which was awe inspiring! If you look carefully you can see the ancient stones in the shadows. Could be a scene from thousands of years ago!

Thank you! I sowed phacelia green manure last Autumn, dug it in about 3 weeks ago, then raked, seems to have done the trick. Let's see how the potatoes grow!

Finished work early so I could spend a couple of hours on the allotment. Lifted the dahlias which we grew from seed this year. Exciting to see the tubers, first time growing dahlias! π±πΈ
