I actually like this app, I don't know why I don't open it very often.. maybe we are all kind of in some sort of survival mode, which I'm pretty sure is the intended purpose of all of the actions this administration is taking. Anyway, Blue sky, I love you.

At the start of 2024 I made the choice to start taking better care of myself via healthier eating. In April of 24' I started in the gym. Now I'm doing 5 days a week, progressive overload, with a focus on weight lifting.

Tomorrow school has been canceled. High of 21° low of 15°. What's insane, is that they had school today. High of 15°, low of -4°... It was okay to go to school today though... I wonder what the thought process was... Ah well.

So we have made it to this day, tiktok has been compromised. There is no illusion of freedom of speech on that app any longer. You can feel the vibe has changed and it's frightening. That being said, it's time to be proactive, yeah? So how do we do that. It's so overwhelming..
