I decided to complicate the task, create another version of the Unreal Engine material that will process one texture that has 3 paths. I created a small 256х256 pixel texture in Gimp, so the quality was affected. Anyway, it's brilliant and fantastic

I need to make particles that stick to walls. So, Niagara is easy peasy lemon squeezy. GPU Collision, when there is a HasCollided, you can use this parameter for Gravity Force or Scale Velocity. Green - stick, yellow - slips, lilac is bouncing
