I’m very sorry to see Mishal Hussain leave Today and the BBC. In my view she’s one of the best interviewers and presenters the corporation had. Hopefully she will be back one day.

Having just finished Ellis on Channel 5, I’m reminded what a phenomenal actress Sharon D Clarke is. She’s the absolute master of stillness. She’s also mesmerising in her stage performances too.

Moving here properly now. I wonder if it will recreate some of the open-hearted friendliness of the other place back as it was in the early days?
