Started working at a small art studio in my hometown last week while I wait to see what happens to animation

being around kids and seeing their joy in exploring creativity is healing. Its been a year and its refreshing to see so many young artists learn and grow.

Not all of them were perfect but I learned so much this year about baking. I can’t wait to continue learning and baking.

My first job in the industry as a PA I was paid $16.25hr. That is not enough to live, pay rent, eat. I don't want anyone entering this industry in Prod to be like this. I'm so happy to be Unionizing with WBA/CNS.
