Just when I think this garden is done producing for the year, she gives me more. Today I mulched down some of the plants that are finished, processed dried herbs for storage, and hung up some more to dry.

Andre ordered tres leches room service at our hotel last night, and this is what they brought him. The best part: they asked if he wanted hot or cold. Imagine the confused conversations they’d have about us if he had ordered 3 hot milks at 11pm 😂

Acapulco, you’re beautiful, but your ocean got hands 🌊🤺 an intense tidal current almost drowned me and I’m leaving with a knee injury, but I lived to tell the tale! I’d never had a near death experience before this and I don’t believe in god, but I was getting right with him under that water. Whew.
