At the 2025 TRACE Forum, Charles Cain emphasized that enforcement is “back to basics.” While it appears the SEC no longer has a dedicated FCPA unit and the number of cases may be limited, a meaningful enforcement program is anticipated, with foreign governments stepping in.

The first two really can be conflated. “I like the fascism” / “I prefer the fascism to the alternatives (risk, discomfort…)”
There are only three political positions in America today

1) I like the fascism

2) I'll acquiesce to the fascism (reasons for this one vary: cowardice, access, denial, misguidedly thinking that acquiescence is savvy, etc)

3) I oppose the fascism

The rest is details

The capitulation of the US Naval Academy is infuriating. Even assuming MAGA trolls actually believe that Maya Angelou was some sort of super prescient advanced-guard for Antifa, the students CAN handle the truth.
