There should be a superhero in the Marvel universe that is specifically dedicated to saving people from incompetent, intolerant, obdurate cops. Or maybe a Scooby Doo season dedicated to unmasking White Supremacists because it's not just the police.

I know it's not actually all of them, but 95% of police are such assholes, even when you do the whole "yes, sir" "no, officer" thing. It never ceases to amaze me. "Protect and serve" doesn't apply to Black queer people. Cops seem to go out of their way to victim blame.

Being anti-DEI is just a euphemism for being a bigot. DEI really just means being fair. I mean literally, what does it mean to be anti-diversity? We have to stop saying anti-DEI and start being clear that these people are pro-bigotry.
