Napad na narodnog poslanika dok ulazi u zgradu parlamenta, prema članu 323 Krivičnog zakonika predstavlja napad na službeno lice u vršenju dužnosti. Poslanik se u tom trenutku smatra licem koje izvršava svoju funkciju. (1)

Srbiji nedostaje pluralizma i demokratske debate kao žednom vode. Pluralizam znači da u društvu postoji i priznaje se više različitih mišljenja, vrednosti i identiteta, dok debata podrazumeva da se te razlike izražavaju i razmatraju u demokratskom okviru. U 🇷🇸 to ne postoji.

Srbiji nedostaje pluralizma i demokratske debate kao žednom vode. Pluralizam znači da u društvu postoji i priznaje se više različitih mišljenja, vrednosti i identiteta, dok debata podrazumeva da se te razlike izražavaju i razmatraju u demokratskom okviru. U 🇷🇸 to ne postoji.
