When @aishwaryakraj.medsky.social gives you a sourdough starter, first it will ask you to feed it. Because it has been fed, it will ask if it can make some friends. Pretty soon those friends will ask you to buy more flour and containers. Suddenly, your whole house is full of sourdough.

I'm a child psychiatrist caring for folks with neurodevelopmental conditions and I love Medicaid. Navigating our state's medical and developmental service systems is hard enough, but at least when my patients have Medicaid I know they have access to key services and supports. Pass it on!
