The 3rd and final #beaver site surveyed in the River Otter catchment this week. Upstream of the village of East Budleigh, our monitoring has shown this wetland to significantly reduce downstream peak flows. @exeter.ac.uk

The 2nd #beaver site I surveyed with Devon Wildlife Trust yesterday. Here the landowner has been supported by a Farming in Protected Landscapes grant to make space for beavers and this extraordinary wetland. @exeter.ac.uk
