I was talking to a customer who told me that in March alone she lost 3 of her cats, one of her rabbits got attacked & killed by an unknown animal & her daughter's best friend was killed in a road accident 😱.
I really had no idea what to say.

I had a patch of plaster about 30cm x 1m on the wall of my new house that needed redoing & my uncle, a builder, told me he would get his friend, a plasterer, to do it for me at "mates rates".
He charged me £100 😲.

I'm sitting in my car waiting for my dad to arrive to pick me up & a woman pulls up & asks if I'm moving. I politely say no & watch as a grown woman with her child in the back seat starts to have a full blown tantrum because I won't give her my parking space. 😳🤣

After paying the invoice from my lawyer for the expenses of buying my house I cross checked it & noticed everything they quoted prior to employing them is vastly more. My court fees should be £295. Their invoice charged me £430.
I have asked them 3 times to itemise the invoice.
