For a third time, a federal court ordered the Trump administration to restore funding to foreign aid contractors and grantees. The administration has been given a deadline of 11:59 pm on Wednesday night to release the frozen funds.

New data from the PEPFAR Watch coalition show that the #PEPFAR funding freeze has already caused severe disruptions to HIV services, clinic closures, and staff layoffs.

The gap is huge. The #PEPFAR waiver for life-saving medicines leaves enormous gaps in prevention, diagnostics, care and support -- which other donors like the Global Fund cannot easily fill.
