I made a caprese stew this evening and figured I should share

Does anyone have a go-to Thanksgiving dish they've never seen anyone else bring to the table? Mine is a corn + poblano casserole or a cranberry + apple crumble, but I'd love to expand my unique T Day dish repertoire.
