So happy right now! Feeling like a total boss. I've spent a whole year on body recomposition—lost 14kg, and now my BMI is 20.7! My body fat and muscle mass are both at perfect levels. I really want to treat myself, but I have no idea what to get! 🤣

Just had a blood test. They took 5 vials of blood! I was literally shocked when I saw the nurse pulling them out. 😂
