Happy 3 years (& 1 day) to an event that I never thought I’d recover from & have since realized it was the best thing that could have happened to me. Insane how blind we become when we’re so wrapped up in someone else’s life. So grateful to be where I am (& where I’m not) today.

Started my day being asked if I was seeing anyone then hearing I’ll “find someone when I least expect it” or “it’ll happen when you aren’t looking” then I watched the Giants game. Then Nimmo got traded and I had to break the news to my mom (he’s her favorite player). So yeah, it’s been a day.

I’ve never been someone to decorate for Christmas before Thanksgiving but I’m decorating today and it’s bringing me so much joy 🥹

Spent my weekend celebrating my big birthday (that was actually yesterday). My age is a surprise to me every time I think about it, but looking forward to another trip around the sun 🫶🏻
