Nitro Series Constant Velocity (CV) axles featuring herringbone gears! This design enhances power transmission efficiency while reducing noise and vibration. With two sets of helical teeth arranged in a chevron, our gears effectively cancel axial thrust, resulting in smoother movements under load.

Almost done with the inner CV Joint Bearing design. This is the inner Bearing to the new "Nitro Series" Axles we are working on. This design provides 24 points of contact allowing higher levels of TQ transfer and more suspension angle than any axle on the planet.

Our planetary orbital CV joint design offers significant advantages over traditional ball-bearing CV joints, especially in high-torque, high-angle, and high-articulation applications like performance builds and off-road vehicles.

Getting closer to arrival! The first of my viscous coupler parts has started to arrive here, and, man, this has been one of the most painful shipments of my life. Waiting for these parts to arrive. The first to arrive are 800 Viscous Coupler plates for the assemblies that are awaiting construction.

We have completed the installation of the V2 Elite AWD subframe, which is ready for the differential to be added. Our team used subframe isolators and hardware successfully. @DeesAutomotive has shown great skill in installing the V2 Elite subframe and assembling its swaybar mounts.

Well, that concludes the DC2/ EG Bilet front knuckle design. This new innovation is currently undergoing manufacturing verification and certification, and I will produce two prototypes for testing.

This is the way it should be. Spacer installed now we have the correct height for all hardware to install. B series madness going on over here as we wait to order our 8 x@delacruz.motorsports /#almanzarmotorsports #FT 2200's injectors and @magnus_motorsports distributor mounted mechanical fuel pump.

We are currently reviewing another batch of AKDBuilt "Billet Viscous Couplers" for accuracy and final machining. This batch comprises six units and is expected to be completed within the next few days. Following this, the units will be shipped to our facility for final assembly and servicing.
