Watching the US results coming in is giving hope... Add the Greens making headway in the UK, I just need the left leaning block to get their ducks in a row here (Lux & Co need to go ASAP)... A Green led left block would be my preference, got a lot of crap from this lot to undo. #NZpol

Solidarity with those striking today. #NZpol Pay people well, give them support, put a plan in place to have more staff to reduce burnout.

Attempt to save the last of the okra and cucumber seedlings. Yeah I am not holding out much hope either.

Had a lovely day. Got brunch, did a bit of op shopping, saw Primeminister (very good, just heart breaking), Asian supermarket shop, pick kids up and home via chemist for prescription. Lovely sunny day too boot. I have not absorbed any news today. Date day with a friend. Highly recommended.

If anyone needs a reminder, starving people is bad, killing is bad, kidnapping people is bad, not having enough to put food on the table and pay essentials is bad, getting into dept (especially for healthcare) is bad. 1/3

I wish there was a feature on social media, where you can declare you've voted, so you don't get sent more sponsored content from candidates. #NZpol

Right, I need an,"I'm a witch & he was Catholic, but I converted him" sign made for the fence. Save people wasting fuel heading down the driveway. JW on the rural run.

Nick, from our last clutch of free range, broody hatched, chicks. At a few weeks old, they got stuck & ripping the neck. Found, almost passed.

Deliberating dispatching, I had an idea to stitch the skin together.

Clean needle, cotten and vasaline...WORKED.

This is Nick (nearly headless) now.

#NZpol Local council elections. Buzzwords that are feeling very 🚩
"common sense"
"rates cap" - especially with no plan to fix problems
"Back to basics" (code for cutting libraries etc)
"Try something new"
