Curiously, most recent conflicts were won basically by doing paperwork and a lot of talking.
this attitude — paperwork is for sissies, real wars are won by Big Strong Men — is traditionally a harbinger of ruinous for defeat for everyone who holds it

Somehow I see this as a good thing. It will help to ease the demand of skilled developers for the rest of industries and sectors that are not tech and to improve the digital products available from said industries.
