Corporations profit in our communities every day. What if 2% went back to us—not lobbyists? Local funds, citizen votes: cash dividends or schools, roads, housing. A state law could make it real.

Voters don’t want PR, they want protection. Courts are gutting daily life, rent, benefits, schools and Dems still don’t have a plan. Don’t just donate when they text you, demand a one-page court plan. Screenshot the response. We’re sliding into a playbook that didn’t work in 2022 & 2024.

Today on international women’s day, I want to bring attention to the Colorado legislature. Not only was Colorado the first state to have elected women into the Legislature, for the first time, women now hold the majority in the state legislature, making up 52% of lawmakers.

Well, we have a lot of work ahead of us. Keep speaking, get organized locally and continue to build your coalitions. Day 1 went just as we expected. Be angry, educate your neighbors. Be good to your self and be kind to those who deserve it!

I can’t shake this uneasy feeling. I really want it not to be as bad as I’m thinking, but there have been zero signs it will be anything but disastrous. I hope I’m wrong. Be good to yourself! Be kind to those who deserve it!
